This sensor reflects light off a web and receives it back in the same sensor housing as the light emitter. The light source is an array of red and blue LED's. Superior optics allow following very low contrast guide lines as well as pattern edges. The LH 100 has a self focusing feature to simplify calibration. It can be used for sensing printed lines, pattern edges (either left or right) and for edge sensing either transparent or opaque webs. LH 100 is provided with a mounting bracket featuring a micro adjustment screw for fine adjustment.
