Viper Nickel Safe Ice Machine Cleaner (1 Gallon)

Viper Nickel Safe is a blend of organic acids that will remove more scale faster than traditional phosphoric acid cleaners without damaging surfaces. Features: * Application: On Nickel Plated Evaporators use 8oz of cleaner for every 250-300lb of ice production (230g per 110/140kg). On Stainless Steel Evaporators you can double (2x) the strength. Empty ice from bin and add cleaner to the sump of a circulating system set in the cleaning mode. Allow to circulate for about 30 minutes and use brush to attack heavily scaled areas. Rinse system with potable water 3x. Place system back into ice production mode. * Chemical Description: Proprietary organic acid blend. This is a strongly acidic cleaner that is biodegradable and environmentally preferred over phosphoric acid (no phosphate release). * Properties: Viper Nickel Safe is ideal for use on food equipment since it is odorless, non-fuming and much lower in toxicity than phosphoric acid. The product is more water soluble than phosphoric acid for a more complete and easy rinse. * Certifications: NSF A3 registration number 145855 for use in food equipment. Kosher certified by OK Kosher. Tested to be non-corrosive to nickel plated evaporators and all the plastic components in Manitowoc ice machines. * Storage and Handling: DANGER: Corrosive, causes burns. Please wear full protective gear including gloves, googles and protective clothing when handling this product. Keep container tightly close. Store away from direct sunlight and any source of heat. Do not mix this chemical with any other product. Product will react violently with alkaline material. Wash affected areas with soap and water.
