The sensor easily mounts inside the fan housing utilizing 1 pre-drilled hole and a standard receptacle. The PCHSP is compatible with the following Premium Choice XP series models: PC80XP PC110XP PC150XP Features: Easy Plug-&-Play design Detects rapid rise in humidity at ceiling level 5-60 minute adjustable timer with auto-shut off. Factory setting is 20 minutes Field adjustable humidity sensitivity with 50-100% range. Factory setting is 75% Can be installed with new fan or as an add-on later Meets CALGreen Bathroom Fan Requirement
