This under sink dedicated faucet replacement water filter cartridge is backed by an NSF certification, meaning it can reduce particulate, chlorine taste and odor, sediment, chloramine, asbestos, parasitic protozoan cysts, lead, MTBE, Trihalomethane (TTHM) and VOCs. In addition, the universal system design allows for use on both chlorinated (municipal) and non-chlorinated (well water) systems.
