Eliminator liquid line filter driers protect refrigeration and air-conditioning systems from moisture, acids, and solid particles. With these contaminants eliminated, systems are safer from harmful chemical reactions and from abrasive impurities. Eliminator type DML, with a solid core of 100% Molecular Sieve, is optimized for use with HFC refrigerants and polyolester (POE) or polyalkyl glycol (PAG) oils. Type DML driers are designed for applications requiring high water adsorption, and can be used with any manufacturer’s compressor. Because type DML driers contain no activated alumina, oil additives will not be depleted.
