Tape offers excellent heat resistance up to 400 °F (204 °C) web temperature. The combination of high initial adhesion and high heat resistance makes 3M™ repulpable double coated splicing tape 9038W ideal for lightweight coated papers. It is not recommended for finished roll splices or where oozing and bleeding may occur.
