Seam Sealer, 2-Component 2-Part Self-Leveling, 200 mL Container, Cartridge Container
3M™ self-leveling seam sealer is a 2-part epoxy designed for roof ditches (door skin hem flanges) and rear body panels, including tail light areas, wheel well flanges, etc. Our seam sealer offers a work time of approximately 8 min and can be painted in 15 min. Quick curing properties enhance automotive body shop productivity. 3M™ self-leveling seam sealer uses a flexible 2-part epoxy technology to reliably seal seams in properly prepared metal enclosures in auto bodies. This sealer provides a self-leveling characteristic that allows it to flow before curing and is perfect for horizontal applications requiring a smooth, puddled, application of seam sealer. 3M™ self-leveling seam sealer is applied directly over primed metal and matches OEM seams with no shrinkage or cracking. Our self-leveling seam sealer is designed for use in the auto body industry and is typically used to replace "roof division channel" sealers, this sealer is not recommended for the repair of vessels designed to contain liquids or liquids under pressure. 3M™ self-leveling seam sealer may be suitable for some architectural or industrial applications (user assumes responsibility to test for suitability). 3M™ 7000148242, 2-Component 2-Part Self-Leveling, 200 mL Container, Cartridge Container, Part A: Viscous/Part B: Liquid Form, Part A: Yellow/Part B: Clear, Part A: 10000 to 15000 cPs/Part B: 5000 to 15000 cPs Viscosity, Chemical Composition: Part A: Mercaptan-Terminated Epoxy Curing Agent, Tris(2,4,6-Dimethylaminomonomethyl)Phenol, Modified Alkylpolysiloxane Copolymer NJTSRN# 800963-5064, Bis(Dimethylamino)methylPhenol/Part B: Bisphenol A-Epiclorohydrin Epoxy Resin, Epichlorohydrin Castor Oil Based Epoxy Resin, Dimethyl Siloxane, Reaction Product with Silica, Epichlorohydrin, 1 hr Curing, -20 to 180 °F, Part A: 12 g/L/Part B: 1 g/L VOC, Part A: Irritating Sulfur-Like/Part B: Slight Odor/Scent
