Matiz Valencia Paella Rice, 35 Ounce -- 12 per case

Make delicious, authentic paella and risotto with this short-grain rice grown in the rich soils of the national protected L'Albufera Park of Valencia, Spain—the birthplace of paella. This rice is superabsorbent, which means it soaks up and holds flavor in all your favorite rice dishes. It's housed in a reusable cloth sack that's more sustainable than plastic and allows the rice to breathe.
