To 6 lb. ground beef, add 1 and 1/2 cup blue cheese. 2. Add 1 and 1/2 cup chopped onion with 1/3 cup Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning Mix ground beef, cheese and chopped onion in a bowl. Shape into four patties. Grill over medium heat until internal temp of 160 degrees F is reached. Serve burgers on toasted rolls. Chef's Tip: This burger also works great with ground turkey.
