Alessi Mediterranean Coarse Sea Salt, 24 Ounce -- 6 per case.

Alessi Sea Salt comes from the cool, blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea using the oldest method of obtaining salt, which is evaporation. Sea water is transferred through a series of evaporation ponds, which successively eliminate other elements. The dry climate and gentle breezes hasten the evaporation process, leaving behind only pure white crystals, and other valuable trace minerals that are not found in other salt. The fine crystals of Alessi Sea Salt will enhance the flavor of any food exactly as those who resided in antiquity. Made naturally from the sea and the sun... Alessi Sea Salt.
