Cottage Bakery Ciabatta 3 x 6 A rectangular shaped sandwich bread that is ready to become a staple item for a variety of menu items. A best seller! Preparation instruction: Step One: Preheat oven to 350F. (Convection Oven bake at 325F). Step Two: Remove bread from case and place on screens or paper-lined pans. Place pan on baking rack. Step Three: Place rack into oven and bake at 350F for 4-8 minutes. Step Four: Rest for 30min before serving to assure center is thawed.
